The Turaffe is by far the tallest of all known turtle species, which helps the already difficult task of eating leaves and buds from trees.  This creature once flourished in majority wooded landscapes surviving mostly on seedlings, however with the urban sprawl of today’s world the Turaffes are few and far between.  The Turaffe is by far the favorite pet of traditional bonsai farmers who rely almost completely on the Turaffe for tree pruning.
