The Rock Eater,  Woodcut,  22” X 15”     2007

The rock eater was a man who earned his living by eating rocks for crowds of eager onlookers.  Upon his death, the autopsy revealed over 3 pounds of pebbles and sand left over in his stomach.  Contrary to popular belief, he did not have a prize winning smile.
